TrialTop website is an online platform and aggregator for providing information related to contract research organizations (CROs). Under the term “contract research organization (CRO)” we mean a company that provides support to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries in the form of research, manufacturing or consulting services outsourced on a contract basis. With the help of the TrialTop website, our website visitors will be able to get access to our database consisting of more than 6000 CRO’s profiles, get the information about CROs, create profiles of their CROs, or review the information about CROs users may be interested in and leave their review or feedback.

By using information collected at the Website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not want to be bound by our Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy please do not use the Website. These Terms and Conditions along with the Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the Website.
YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE
Information provided by us on the Website, as well as the manner in which we have compiled, arranged, and assembled our content may be protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may use the content which is available on the Website only for your personal, non-commercial, and information purposes. Copying, publishing, broadcasting, modification, distribution, or transmission of any portion of information or materials of the Website in any way without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
LEGAL CAPACITY
The Website is not intended for use by persons who are younger than age 16. Do not use the Website if you are under the age of 16.
OUR SERVICES, TYPES OF USERS, USER ACCOUNT
TrialTop website is an online platform and aggregator for providing information related to contract research organizations (CROs) that aims to become useful for both CROs and their potential clients. We always value our website users and do our best to understand their goals, provide only accurate and truthful information, and improve transparency in the industry.
There are 3 types of users of TrialTop website: SPONSOR, CRO, OTHER.
Acting as SPONSOR, you can leave reviews for any CROs listed on the Website but cannot list details of your organization (if any) on the Website. Please note that in order to be able to leave reviews, you have to become a verified user.
Acting as CRO, you can create a profile of your organization and list it on the Website. Please note that by listing your organization profile on the Website you make the information about your organization open to other Website users, and Sponsors will be able to leave reviews on your organization. Such reviews will be public and cannot be deleted or amended unless the author of the review decides to do that. Please note that in order to be able to leave reviews while acting as CRO on the Website, you have to become a verified user.
To become a verified user, you have to authenticate your email through a verification link sent to your mailbox, and your email address domain has to match your company's domain.
Acting as OTHER, you can browse the Website, but you can neither list your organisation or leave reviews for CROs.
In order to use the Website as CRO, you will have to register a CRO user account with us.
While using a Website as a SPONSOR is always free-of-charge, the CRO user account may be chargeable.
Several tariff plans are available for CRO user account on subscription basis:
Tariff-1. “Small-CRO” - this is a free-of-charge plan that would allow you to list your CRO on the Website but with limited features.
Tariff-2. “Mid-CRO” - this plan costs 1950 USD per year, billed annually, and provides you more features compared to “Small-CRO” plan.
Tariff-3. “Large-CRO” - this plan costs 4950 USD per year, billed annually and provides you with the full scope of features available.
In order to use “Mid-CRO” or “Large-CRO” tariff plans you will be requested to provide your credit card details. Both plans are available on an annual subscription basis that means that we may automatically charge your card once per year for tariff plan prolongation.
The above billing tariffs, prices, and rights associated with them may be changed by us at any time and per our sole discretion. We will take our best efforts to notify you of any upcoming changes in account types within a reasonable time.
In cases, when you decide to change the tariff plan or terminate your user account and/or terminate the use of Website, please contact us via the contact form available on the Website via following link: https://trialtop.com/contact, and we will take our efforts to comply with your request. Upon any termination for cause by you, we shall refund you any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term of the subscription after the effective date of termination. Please note that the cancellation period is 30 days which means that the effective date of cancellation will occur 30 days after we receive your request. In cases when we initiate the cancellation of your use of the Website or any of our services, we undertake to inform you about the upcoming cancellation by sending you 30 days prior notice via email.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Please be informed that when you pay us for our services we do not collect, process or use any of your payment data. All data during the payment process is collected, processed or stored by independent payment service providers: Stripe (https://stripe.com/).
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
From time to time, we may change these Terms and Conditions. We will do our best to inform you about any such changes and may request you to accept the amended Terms and Conditions to make you able to continue using the Website or any of the services provided through the Website.

The Website may contain links to other websites on the Internet, all of which should have their own privacy and data collection policies. Links to websites are provided only for your convenience and you access such websites at your own risk.
