Aurora Fine Chemicals is a privately held company that was founded in 1990. As a chemicals R&D supplier we offer chemicals for R&D, drug discovery service, compound libraries and custom synthesis. We have one of the largest collections of 18.1 mln. chemicals available in stock and our docking software delivers hits/leads of very high quality in short time.

Our staff consists of highly qualified individuals with Bsc, Msc and Ph.D. degrees in chemistry, as well as excellent laboratory technicians. In our Molecular Modeling Group are professionals specializing in computational drug design. They possess many years experience of working in the chemistry of heterocycles, carbohydrates, nucleosides and elemental organic compounds. Aurora has significant expertise in synthesis of all types R&D chemicals for drug discovery like small molecules, natural products and peptides. Parallel synthesis with well-designed, targeted and fragment-based libraries is the favored approach to lead optimization. Rational design is the strategy for projects driven by structural biology, such as enzyme inhibitors or protein interactions.

We own a large library of 18.1 million stocked compounds for R&D. Our substances are used in many research labs all over the world. We offer structures for biochemical and chemical research. Our products are applied in pharmaceutical development, diagnosis, and in chemical production.

Several laboratories for synthesis with modern equipment such as reactors, autoclaves, thermostats and hydrogenation equipment are available.

Intermediates and final products are analyzed by GC, HPLC, IR, NMR, MS, elemental analysis, atom-absorption analysis and crystallographical methods.

The main advantage of Aurora's own software is the quality of the underlying physical models. Aurora's software derives molecular properties from first principles based on direct models using advanced quantum mechanical analysis of molecular interactions and thermodynamics.

BoroChem PBO — a privately held company founded in 2013 — is managed by Gregory Burzicki, Dir. of Operations and is owned by OmegaChem, Inc. (Canada). Founded in 1988, OmegaChem actively supports BoroChem PBO's operations and marketing efforts.

BoroChem PBO designs, develops, manufactures and commercializes original and novel organoboron building blocks and fine chemicals for R&D teams in the (bio)pharmaceutical, cosmetic, agrochemical and material industries.

Our catalog of chemical synthesis intermediates includes over 1,000 boronic acids, boronic esters, trifluoroborates, boron salts, boro-amino acids, polyaryls and halogenated heterocycles, and is regularly expanded with new compounds issued from cutting edge academic laboratories. Production capabilities are available from milligram to multi-kilogram scale thanks to close collaboration with OmegaChem, Inc. (Canada). All products are rigorously analyzed for identity and purity, including GC, LC-Mass and NMR.

BoroChem PBO also provides multi-step custom synthesis of complex organoboron molecules and new boron-based bioactive molecules.

Chiral Quest, founded in 2000, serves the global pharmaceutical industry with custom contract chemical development and manufacturing services, from preclinical development to commercial supply. We have a state-of-the-art R&D laboratory equipped with modern analytical instruments, as well as a first class manufacturing facility. Chiral Quest has successfully developed more than 400 intermediates for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients ranging from preclinical to phase III, with four intermediates being supplied for API’s approved by the FDA. We manufacture technology advantaged products from grams to metric ton scale.

Chiral Quest has a manufacturing site in Jiangxi province, China; Headquarters and R&D center located in Suzhou Industrial Park, China; 3 business/customer service offices located in the USA, Europe and India. We have expertise in asymmetric hydrogenation, multi-step synthesis and cryogenic reactions. Based on our key technology and capability, we can supply chiral compounds, including non-natural amino acids, chiral alcohols and chiral amines, on a kg to ton scale. We are better than anyone at manufacturing Phenylalanines! We also manufacture achiral intermediates.

Chiral Quest's R&D center at Biobay, Suzhou Industrial Park has more than 30 chemists, including 7 with Ph.D. and 8 with M.S.degrees. We have over 20 granted patents covering asymmetric catalysts and novel processes. Based on our technology, we manufacture many API intermediates with high enantiomeric excess.

Jiangxi Long Life Bio-pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary of Chiral Quest, is dedicated to research, development and manufacture of pharmaceutical intermediates and fine chemicals. The factory is located in Jinxian Industrial Park, Jiangxi province, and has more than 200 employees, more than 230 reaction vessels and 410,000 L capacity. More than 23 million US dollars was invested in 2013 to expand the plant and establish a cGMP capability.
