Advanced Molecular Technologies Pty Ltd (AMT) is a contract research organisation (CRO) established in 2005, specialising in medicinal chemistry and custom organic synthesis. The provided services involve the synthesis of target molecules, the manufacturing (larger-scale) of chemical materials, analytical chemistry, chemical method development and optimisation, drug discovery and synthetic organic research.

AMT is also a manufacturer and supplier of chemicals in Victoria, Australia, distributing specialty products to partners, institutions and companies worldwide.

AMT has extensive experience in organoboron, organosilicon, PEG-linkers and fluorophore technology, with many of these discrete molecules available for purchase on their website. More recently, AMT is spinning-out its own initiatives through novel technology developed within the pharmaceutical and veterinary industries.

Equipped with a 400 MHz NMR machine, HPLC, GC, FT-IR and several other analytical pieces of equipment, AMT also readily provides analytical services to the chemical industry.

GlycoSyn is a business unit of Callaghan Innovation, and specialises in the production of process intermediates and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), including under GMP. GlycoSyn’s world-class expertise in carbohydrate chemistry and its GMP manufacturing facility are in New Zealand, near the capital city of Wellington. From here, the company partners with clients in all corners of the globe.

As small molecule specialists, GlycoSyn has built a distinguished track record in chemical and chemo-enzymatic synthesis. This enormous reservoir of carbohydrate and complex chemistry expertise is what makes GlycoSyn unique as a CRO/CDMO. Thanks to our links with the Ferrier Research Institute and Callaghan Innovation, we have the largest combined concentration of carbohydrate chemistry and cGMP manufacturing expertise in the world.
