CHEM-X-INFINITY is an independent company which provides libraries of small organic molecules for pharmaceutical and agrochemical use. Once a new receptor has been identified, the screening of diverse or focused libraries is now the usual beginning of a research program. Our team has been involved in parallel synthesis for over ten years. It has developed robust robotic methods and informatic tracking tools to quickly produce libraries of high quality.

Our libraries are designed using medicinal chemistry filters and molecular modeling predictive tools to select the best combination of reagents. We work on original scaffolds and the originality of their applications. The libraries are focused on important medicinal themes, including GPCRs, kinases, peptidomimetics and fragments. We also offer diverse libraries suitable for first intention screenings.

In order to broaden the field of investigation, we add new compounds to our collection every month. Our products are sold on a semi-exclusive basis. We design the projects to 100% in order to be able to supply fast resynthesis and synthesis of analogs. We also provide exclusive custom libraries on request.

For the total GMP synthesis of complex carbohydrates and carbohydrate based medicinal chemistry, Dextra has a proven record of developing innovative solutions to minimise costs, reduce technology transfer issues and optimise robust route generation.

Dextra also has the ability to transfer complex chemical processes to its large scale manufacturing parent, New Zealand Pharmaceuticals.

EDASA Scientific’s R&D site is based in Moscow State University’s (MSU) Science Park. As a result, EDASA Scientific has access to MSU’s facilities, as well as a broad range of scientific instruments for compound characterizations such as X-ray, bidimensional NMR, elementary analyzers, and HPLC. EDASA Scientific has access to talented MSU students and premium Russian scientists to be allocated for our collaborator‘s projects. We are also able to partner with MSU’s biological organizations for project follow-ups in biology.

Who we are :

Greenpharma is a CRO SME of 12 people, specialised in natural compound studies for cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical industries.
Built around an innovative technological platform, Greenpharma succeeded to gather expertise in wide and complementary fields such as chemoinformatic, pharmacognosy, medicinal & analytical chemistry, pilot scale extraction and formulation. This has led to a unique know-how in natural compound & extract selection, extract purification, metabolite measurement, homology modelling, virtual screening (e.g. Selnergy™), lead optimisation, ADMET prediction and database building. What we do:

Greenpharma provides natural or synthetic compounds for high throughput screening. It utilises in silico tools to select the most relevant molecules (we have access to a database of 20 millions commercial compounds).

We provide the industries of pharmacy, cosmetics and agro-food with innovative bio-active molecules through R&D projects.

• Phytochemistry: development of methods for extraction, purification (until pilot scale) and characterisation of metabolites in complex matrices, activity-guided fractionations;
