The company was founded in 1990 by Dr. Murali K Divi with research and development as its core area. Started initially as a Research and Development Center, it expanded and focused on developing new processes for the production of Active Pharma Ingredients (APIs) & Intermediates, providing complete turnkey solutions and consulting to the domestic pharmaceutical industry.
