We are highly experienced in faecal calprotectin testing to distinguish between IBD and IBS. We also provide Faecal Occult Blood testing materials to Bowel Cancer Screening Programmes nationwide and are involved in the transition to the use of more specific and sensitive Faecal Immunochemical Tests (FIT). Alpha Laboratories is also promoting the use of specialist assays such as new Rapid Pathogen ID technology that could vastly improve the speed of targeted treatment for sepsis.
