Explicyte is a family brand of specialty preclinical services launched by ImmuSmol, a bordeaux-based company. The first brand, Explicyte Immune-Oncology offers preclinical contract research services in immuno-oncology.

Explicyte Immuno-Oncology currently offers to test innovative cancer immunotherapies in vivo, using syngeneic mouse tumor models treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors (eg. anti-CTLA-4 and anti-PD1/PD-L1 antibodies). In addition, Explicyte is setting up an in vitro platform for the identification and optimization of novel immunomodulators. How Can Immunitrack Help R&D?
The Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) is critical to the immune response. Immunitrack has world-leading expertise in the manufacture and application of MHC I and II molecules to accurately study MHC epitope binding through our proprietary NeoScreen® platform.

Reagents
We produce customized MHC tetramers to detect and quantify subsets of patient immune (T) cells with specificity towards a given antigen within blood samples.

All of our MHC I reagents are produced on our optimized manufacturing platform, and we guarantee 100% peptide loading of each complex.

Binding Assays
Our unique NeoScreen® platform combines more than a decade of world-leading expertise in MHC/epitope binding assays with a high level of automation. The result is a highly scalable and accurate platform that can screen thousands of (neo-)epitopes.

Depending on the desired immune response our clients can then select and progress the best candidates through therapeutic development. Our repository is continuously growing, and currently holds more than 70 different MHC I and 20 MHC II alleles.
