Access Biologicals LLC is an industry leader in the collection and manufacturing of an extensive portfolio of biological products. Combined with closed-loop material sourcing, we are able to provide critical support for various markets such as in-vitro diagnostic manufacturing, biopharmaceutical, cell culture and diagnostic research & development. Viral testing and donor examinations are performed in accordance with current State, CLIA and FDA regulations allowing us to deliver consistently high quality human blood products. Manufacturing capabilities include a variety of plasma and serum processing in fully auditable facilities with on-site monitored storage. Our high throughput laboratory provides customer-driven responsiveness to specifications and product requirements. Our cell culture division offers a variety of human and animal sera products, and is the only company to directly collect and process Human AB serum at FDA licensed facilities located within the US.



Our headquarters, manufacturing facility and comprehensive donor recruitment office is located in Vista, CA. Sales offices are located in Dartmouth, MA, Atlanta, GA and Philadelphia, PA. Saturn Biomedical, our state-of-the-art plasma and blood collection center in Indianapolis, IN, is uniquely positioned as the largest and newest specialty donor center in the United States.

Founded in California in 2001, Acme's core mission is to support global customers as a true chemistry CRO alliance partner. We seek to make intellectual contributions in medicinal chemistry while providing exceptional synthetic chemistry service. Acme has about 130 chemists (15 PhD bench chemists in Palo Alto and 115 chemists at Shanghai). We also co-own a non-GMP manufacturing facility outside of Shanghai (from hundreds kilo grams to tons scale). We currently have a total of five scale up labs at Acme Shanghai site. We have reactors ranging from 10, 20, 50, and 100 L, and can handle temperatures from 150 oC to -78 oC. We can perform manufacturing projects and produce raw material for GMP.

Our US and China sites both have access to in house: NMR, LC-MS, Analytical and Prep HPLC, CombiFlash, Biotage Flash System, High-Pressure Reactor, Microwave Synthesizer, Photo Reactor, Polarimeter, Freeze-Dryer and more. We operate on a custom synthesis (FFS) or FTE equivalent model.

Activation Laboratories Ltd. (Actlabs) provides contract analytical services covering a wide range of analysis objectives including evaluation of mineral exploration and mining projects, environmental and health monitoring, production quality control, forensic investigation, academic research, and more.

Actlabs is ISO 17025 accredited and/or certified to ISO 9001, OMAFRA and NELAC accredited, Health Canada Licensed, and audited by the FDA.
