BBMRI-ERIC is a European Research Infrastructure for biobanking and biomolecular resources, providing services to the biobanking community in the following areas:

-IT (including the BBMRI-ERIC Directory of samples & data and Negotiator tool)
is a research infrastructure for biobanks and biomolecular resources, co-Co-funded by the European Commission within the Research Infrastructures programme of Horizon 2020, we have 20 member states and 1 international organization, making us one of the largest research infrastructures in the biomedical sciences. Our vision is to further build and strengthen value-added sustainable biobanking for all stakeholders, enabling academia and industry to make new treatments possible. To that end we offer services in Quality Management, ELSI (ethical, legal and societal issues) and IT, including the world’s largest directory of over 100 million samples and datasets from more than 600 biobanks across Europe.
