It develops laboratory ELISA kits and rapid testing methods, both lateral-flow and FlowThrough, for its own product ranges and for its clients. The test kits are suitable for a range of applications including the detection of:

DIAsource ImmunoAssays (formerly BioSource) an international diagnostics company (Belgium), develops, manufactures and markets clinical diagnostic products in the field of endocrinology and infectious diseases. Core products are RIA and ELISA technology and reagents for open ELISA automated analyzers as well as antibodies for use in in-vitro diagnostic assays with specific development and manufacturing programs for Vitamin D, Renin, Calcitonin and many others. We also provide selected instrumentation for ELISA . It is our ambition to use our 30 years of expertise in Antibody and Assay development to become a well-known source of diagnostic immunoassays for the IVD market.

How Can Immunitrack Help R&D?
The Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) is critical to the immune response. Immunitrack has world-leading expertise in the manufacture and application of MHC I and II molecules to accurately study MHC epitope binding through our proprietary NeoScreen® platform.

• Vaccine development: selection of immunogenic epitopes from viral and bacterial targets

Reagents
We produce customized MHC tetramers to detect and quantify subsets of patient immune (T) cells with specificity towards a given antigen within blood samples.

All of our MHC I reagents are produced on our optimized manufacturing platform, and we guarantee 100% peptide loading of each complex.

Binding Assays
Our unique NeoScreen® platform combines more than a decade of world-leading expertise in MHC/epitope binding assays with a high level of automation. The result is a highly scalable and accurate platform that can screen thousands of (neo-)epitopes.

Depending on the desired immune response our clients can then select and progress the best candidates through therapeutic development. Our repository is continuously growing, and currently holds more than 70 different MHC I and 20 MHC II alleles.
