Also, AltraBio has developed a proprietary tool for the automation of the tedious manual gating in cytometry approaches. This machine learning approach allows the application of a predetermined gating strategy while saving study time/cost and enhancing robustness. The use of this technique is helpful for studies with a high number of samples to treat one by one during a long time or in a batch process and its compatibility with GcLP allows its use in clinical trials.
